How to place order with us :
1. Send us your gifts requirement through mail/ wts.app. - 9000226628
2. Include the following details in the mail/wts app msg : Date of the function/event, Quantity of return gifts required, If any theme/ special message pls mention, Price range etc. ( We request you to place minimum order quantity 30 -50 pcs on-wards)
3. Upon receiving your message, we will check and call you back to avail more detail, accordingly we will share your gifting options/ ideas with you.
4. Once you choose an option from from presentation, We will check on the stock availability/ time required to manufacture the products and other details of the product which you have selected and the same information will be communicated with you.
5. Once we receive final approval from you (client), we raise the invoice which will include all the details of gift combo and payment. Clients are requested to pay 80% of the total amount of the order as an advance to start the work and remaining 20% will be collected during pick up/ delivery .

We mainly work on per-orders, Clients are requested to plan their return gifts in advance. For small orders we request are clients to give 25 to 30 days and for weddings/corporate gifting order above 50/100 pcs we request to provide 25 to 45 days to make an order. The days may vary upon the product you choose, if its handmade and customization orders we may require more days. At times we may see unpredictable scenarios such as delay in shipping , breakages, weather condition etc. Thus providing us the required days, help us to provide quality products on or before promised delivery date. Our minimum order quantity starts from 30- 50 pcs on-wards.
