The following is a carefully thought-out and curated list of the questions that several customers have asked in the past. If you have a question for us, please go through our list before getting in touch. I have approved my order and paid token advance amount. Can I cancel my order and ask for refund?

Once the client approves the order with the token advance payment. He/She can not ask for refund or cancellation. As such we will be working directly with the artisans / craftsman, the amount will be transferred to them to start the production work. Thus NO, to cancellation or refund.

Why do Gift Crafters take minimum of 30 days to make an order?

New age gifting involves loads of creative work thus, every order we make is unique. Most of the products are handcrafted and procured from different places. The production team, creative team, courier service, quality checks are functioning in a interlink format, we take extra time to provide quality service to client.

How to make payment?

On order approval client has to pay 80% of the total amount for initiating the production work. Remaining 20% has to be paid while collecting the products.

For orders outside Hyderabad: full amount has to be paid to initiate the work order. Shipping charges are charged accordingly.

How to buy our displayed products online?
